The Carpenters Arms

One of the two pubs in the village, but this one has been closed up since the pandemic.  I'm not sure it was a great business before then and the closures probably killed off what custom there was.  

Occasional stories appear about a re-opening, but I think anyone taking it on would have a near Sisyphean task ahead of them. Hopefully someone will find a use for the building, and preferably, not as a derelict Sunday subject!
