A lovely day out with 10of the Wellness Walks Team at Malham.
Lots of happy chatter and we each did a little knowledge share. 
In the main blip Missy is kindly showing everybody exactly where the fossilised coral is in the limestone wall. In the extra Ruth is telling people how to make natural sunscreen from foraged plants.
Lots of laughs, lots of plans and lots of support for each other. Twas wonderful to see.
