TEACHING

Got the 7am call to teach year 5 in a school near the airport. It hasn’t got a very good reputation but in reality the behaviour was exceptional, the staff are friendly and helpful and the head is lovely.
#The children were making posters on Kenya and they were very engaged.
The class teacher eventually came in at 11:30 so I was happy to do a 1/2 day but he decided to use me in the reception class. A lovely teacher was there but she has 37 reception children (ridiculous!!!) so was grateful for the additional help.
I had 2 tutor sessions booked after school so was relieved when 1 cancelled!!!

Glad to meet up with the girls for a drink and a catch up in our local!!!
