Emergency blip

I forgot to take a picture until about 6.45 and then Henry was too tired to get a good one so this will have to do. I bought a hula hoop on Sunday with the aim of toning my stomach up but it's way too small so I've bought one with my Clubcard vouchers which I can pick up tomorrow instead!

Work was ok and I got told to go home early which is always appreciated. I had a good lunch too - a rare steak sandwich with balsamic red onions, rocket and warm ciabatta - yum!
