Finally got round to making a second beer kit. (Apologies for the delay - we've been a bit busy with hay-making, etc.)
After the success of the Wherry, I thought I'd try the Sundew from Woodfordes.
According to the packet, it's "Straw-coloured and refreshing with citrus notes clearly discernible on both the nose and the palate. The sweet malt and citrus flavours are balanced by the Woodforde's distinctive hoppy finish."
Should come out at 4.2%

Time will tell ! :-)
