No reasoning

It seems to be the style today that decisions are being made over your head and no reasoning is being given. Something just suddenly is so, and no questions are being answered.
I had my two injections yesterday, on schedule, as I have had every four weeks since late December 2022. The nurses have come from what is called "home clinic" (kotisairaala) meaning that patients are being treated in their home. It has been fine for little over two years now. 
However, it ended suddenly this morning. I had a phone call where a nurse from the above Home Clinic told me that these injections prescribed by my oncologist were no longer their responsibility, that I'd better go to the health center or a private clinic.
I was stunned and called my good friend who said that that seems to be the style today. She was just as upset as I was.
I had not had coffee yet, so I made myself a cup and fortunately there was also some coffee bread, pulla.
After coffee I called the pharmacy that has cared for ordering the prefilled syringes. The apothecary was not a bit upset, she calmed me and said, don't worry, we'll find a nurse so you need not go anywhere. Sure enough, within two hours we had found a place where I can find a nurse.
The public health service lets you down and the private sector does the work. Is that where we are heading?
