Blooming Beckton

I decided to do take my running kit because I'll be working away for a week. Beckton Park parkrun circuit is round the corner from my hotel, so I shuffled round it. On duty in the morning so I can't indulge,  but one day ...

It's a pretty refuge from the concrete expanse of Excel and London City airport.
