Surprise

The surprise was a power cut that started just as I set off on what turned out to be a cold wet bank holiday bike ride. It was still there when I got home and not affecting my immediate neighbours. Anyway my electrician kindly came out to check what was going on and decided we needed the network company. UK Power Networks were also very good and by 6pm had traced and fixed the fault to a fuse at my local substation. Pic is a seal on my side of the system that got cut as part of investigations!
