Allotment disaster

Oh no! Got to the allotment to find that all our beans had been stripped by some creature or other. The bean in the middle was the solitary one left, and no leaves and hardly any stalks. We can't work out the culprit - it's unlikely to be the rabbits as everything else (on our plot and everyone else's) was left untouched, and there weren't any snail/slug slime trails. I guess it might have been mice. Anyway - looks like that's the end of the beans for this year :(
