Strawberry plants

A very tedious day at home from 8-4 while an engineer flushed out our central heating system. I couldn’t really settle to anything as he needed to be all over the house and needed to ask me lots of questions. I did catch up on some phone calls to friends! However eventually all completed but the found the overflow pipe in our loft has broken off so that now needs repairing as don’t want a leak into the house through the ceiling.

I needed some fresh air so made a quick visit to the allotment where the weeds have started growing well after the rain we have had in the last week! But the strawberries are growing well too.

This evening I’ve been to my BookClub and the next book we will read is Guilt by Definition by Susie Dent..this is her first novel.
