Beauty is all around us.

The Clematis Buds and Floweers.

The areas Day of Saint Ivo. He was a Persian Bishop. He was buried with three companions in Huntingdon, England. A Holy well sprung up there, at which many miracles were performed.

Today the sun and the pleasant warmth were a welcome surprise. 12c feels like 10c.

The pink blossoms are gradually giving way to russet colour leaves on the Cherry tree, in our front garden.

I enjoyed some gardening, watering the Kale and seedlings.I weeded dandelions and long grasses from the cracks in paths.

I went to buy a I newspaper. I phoned Lynn. The neighbourhood trees and gardens are full of Spring beauty.

There are magnolias and white blossoms. Bluebells are flowering beneath the old Sycamore tree. Pigeons coo in the upper branches. A tree full of Apple blossom grace my path to the Best One shop.

Plants that looked dead in the Winter months have thankfully regenerated with healthy green leaves.

The red Astilbe is back but not flowering as yet. There are leaves on the young Mock Orange Blossom.

The fruit shrubs are doing well. Apple tree, Tayberry and Raspberry, but a long time as yet before they fruit.

The ginger and white cat, a female cat I call Star, visited our garden and had Denabites in the early evening. She is very good natured and loving but I am still cautious about what she is happy with. She walks contentedly around the garden showing appreciation for the plants.

I am grateful for all the blessings and joys of this day. April is a great month for garden beauty.
Thank you blip friends for recent stars and for visiting my site today.
