Too Shy, Too shy

I never really was a fan of evil eyes before 

I used to work with a colleague in Turkey and she sent me a keyring and I hid it in my drawer such was my dislike 

However when we were in Greece a couple of years ago I became attracted to them and their mysticism .

When we were in a shop the lady threw a handful of little pins into our bag of purchases and it wasn't til we were home I realised she had given us a handful of evil eye beads 

When I started to go downhill last year I spotted them sitting on the table and suddenly I thought. 'this is going to help me'. And I pinned one to my dress.

I continued to attach them each day to a different outfit.

When I started feeling better I pointed them out to K. As I had met her for dinner and I said I should probably take them off now.  

She looked at me and said 'no I'd keep them on'

And so it is that each day on The majority of my outfits you will see a little evil eye pinned somewhere 

This one has a heart with it. The others have fish, dolphins, stars 

It's not a bad habit to have.
