Rishton to Church Kirk Stepping Out walk.
I decided to join the walkers this morning in spite of some very changeable weather.
There was a cycle of sun, low cloud, rain, with a continous strong billowy wind.
Not ideal walking conditions, but it was worth it because I captured beautiful scenery along the route and enjoyed a good chat with Patricia, one of the walk leaders.
The top left photo shows Pendle Hill and the landscape with the hill in the panorama below, is Hambeldon Hill.
I then did a lot of washing and drying, followed by a 1952 film version of The Importance of Being Earnest, by Oscar Wilde. Very entertaining and terribly posh English!
I remember studying this play for A Level English many years ago.
Maria went on a jog/walk which is a personal training App she is doing.
Now we are looking at some delicious carrot cake recipes.
Have a great Monday blipper friends.
