We had friends here for lunch, 1 of whom is a vegetarian, so I made 2 different flans: one was feta & roasted red pepper and the other was chicken, leek & Gruyere.
In both cases, I blind-baked the pastry cases.
In both cases, the liquid leaked and the pastry stuck - what a mess!
It all tasted good though and that's what really matters.
