Donleigh Street Manchester 1971

This is the street where I grew up. I lived in this street for 17 years. Most of my dreams are still located here.

There was no tarmac.

I lived on the right, 2nd house down.

I took this picture around 1971 on the old 126 square format film when I was 14 years old.

The whole row of houses on the right, including ours, was demolished 1974. I watched the demolition. Bit traumatic.

In a few weeks time we'll be moving house again. Makes me think of past times.
