Phew!

Okay, not the most inspired of photos but it is not possible to overstate the significance of today's achievement: my first batch of gluten-free pancakes.

They were pretty stupendous and even passed muster with Er Indoors!

Very pleased. Feel an awful lot cheerier knowing that I can still have pancakes in my life!
