Fritillaria Meleagris

A late get up for me this morning, I just wanted to sleep. I've been having a bit of bother with my knee and I couldn't bear the thought of having to walk about. I should know that once I get going it eases.

I wasn't keen on going to my keep-fit this afternoon but, I went and enjoyed it. She teaches us ways of getting up and down which is doing me good.

Our snake's head fritillaries are now in full flower, a patch we grey from seed over 40 years ago.
