Collecting Pine Cones

The twins are intrepid climbers so when they had picked up the pine cones that they could find, on the ground, they started going for the ones that were out of reach. It's Hetty in the pictures but Bella was also climbing, beneath Hetty.
Buddy and Hendrix were there too but not willing to climb, GIRL POWER ROCKS hahahahahahahahaha
The tree was on the slope while I was on the crest of the small hillock at the Abbeymead Opens Spaces park. So when it looks like she's quite low down it's because I'm level with her.
In the last, bottom left, photo you might just be able to see the blue of her jeans and her head popping around the trunk
I told them they should be left for the Squirrels but they pointed out that;
1 - There are lots of these fir trees around the park
2 - We have squirrels visiting our garden so they will put them into a pile of cones for a squirrel picnic.
What kind girls they are  :-))
