I'm Being Watched

The slug was making its way down the pavement before SWMBO and I went out to get her blood test results.
It was a big devil ... at least 6" - and was very interested in me taking its portrait.

After I had taken my pictures I left it to whatever it was up to.
There was no sign of it when we got home.

We had a new pick-up for The Larder in WInchburgh this morning.
Every time we go to Winchburgh it has changed. 
It is no longer a village  - it is a rapidly growing dormitory town and the mapping systems cannot keep up.
We collected 2 crates of doughnut and bakery goods. Everything was marked up as 'best before' yesterday, but apparently they make it all on a daily basis and if it doesn't sell it goes to charity and is 'good' for several days. So much better than some of the places that pass on the stuff that should be binned.

After dropping of the stuff at Strathbrock we went to get a new radio/CD player. 
On getting back to the car I found that my wallet was missing. It hadn't been handed in at the customer services and wasn't at Strathbrock.
I phoned the store in Winchburgh and it was there......found in the car park (I suspect by the staff member who had insisted on helping take the 2 crates out. Phew!.
We are back there tomorrow so I will collect it then .... and I will leave a small ring box  I made this afternoon for the staff member.

There were some nice clouds this afternoon, so I took a couple of shots using the infra-red camera.
