(Easter) Monday: Fiddlehead

I have no idea whether this is technically a fiddlehead fern but it does bear a certain resemblance.  It’s growing in our garden and I’m finding it fascinating.  It reminds me of eating fiddleheads in Ottawa - they were surprisingly tasty.

We’re really enjoying how we’re spending our days at the moment.  In between K’s treatments we’re staying close to home (also, given that we’re not subject to any working pressures why join the Easter crowds when we can use weekdays now?).  

We’re getting on with a lot of small jobs in the house which all add up, reading, enjoying movies (today it was ‘The Lady Vanishes’), and cooking.  

On the TV side, we finished ‘This City Is Ours’ this evening.  One of the things we’ve enjoyed most on TV in recent times.
