Telephone appointment with the consultant neurosurgeon, follow up call from the MRI in October, he requested an L5 nerve block purely to see if there is any pain relief and if there is, we can look at options (probably a discectomy) same as before, different disc.

June 2025
An appointment was made to speak to the consultant neurosurgeon to discuss the results of the nerve block injection.  (an injection Im still waiting for)

July 2025
The appointment for June is cancelled until July 2025

September 2025
The July appointment is cancelled until Sept 2025

I still have not had the nerve block injection and it was established in 2022 that both discs needed to be done. 

Im putting together a timeline which spans 4 years now and will send it to PALS or wherever you send this information too, the addresses or teams have changed I think, so its all a bit confusing at the moment and some of the letters I don't have anymore. But I'm piecing together as much as I can.
