Up and out

We surprised ourselves by being up and out for 9:30am this morning. Some friends from Fermanagh had planned a walk and invited the AM and me along. Initially we’d decided not to go out this Easter Monday, as everywhere is usually really busy. In the end we were out early enough to beat the crowds!

We returned home for an impromptu picnic lunch with our pals and then they left around 2pm to head elsewhere. The AM and I found ourselves at home with a whole action-packed morning under our belts already!

So now I can read guilt-free. I’ve to finish a book for my book club meeting on Wednesday afternoon - The Women by Kristin Hannah. A leisurely afternoon awaits!
