Devouring Starling

Watched as a family of starlings devoured the mealworm I'd put out for the smaller birds this morning. They were quite voracious and a few days supply was gone in half an hour.

Later we joined up with family on a glorious day in Eccleshall for a birthday celebration. We sat in the garden before a walk to a local pub and a couple of games of Uno. Then a late Sunday roast to end the day.
