Can you see it?

Not much time for photos today as we were hosting lunch for our friends, but I looked out of the window between rain showers and saw this hoopoe on the lawn. They are a bit camera shy so I didn’t dare go out and get a closer photo!
The wind and rain has been awful this past 24 hours, so unlike a week ago, when we were in Brussels, and later I had a chat with Matt who had finally got home to Belfast after a week since the marathon. He’s been to Bruges, Maastricht, Utrecht, Rotterdam, other places and Amsterdam with his friends this week!
