Happy Easter ...
... Sunday Funday.
We had a wonderful day spent here at home and then later on at Graver Arboretum for a lovely walk.
And on that walk we saw so much! Including two garter snakes, a lovely mallard pair, our first mourning cloak butterfly (Not a good picture, but Yay!) and a snapping turtle (not shown). We even stopped for some selfies along the way.
Supper was simple ... some ham we pulled out of the freezer along with salad and some corn that we froze last September! Later on I will make some chocolate mug cakes for our dessert ... low carb, of course!
Last night we did our traditional coloring of Easter eggs ... a tradition that started at my brother's house when my niece was young. She's almost 25 now so I doubt she still colors eggs. But we still continue the tradition as we really enjoy doing it.
