Llangollen

Had lovely trip out to Llangollen. Another new place for the two of us.

Had a stroll along the river and had our picnic, and then watched the horse drawn barge along the canal.

On return I had a little play with my prime 50mm lens that I haven’t learnt to love yet! I need more days like today when I can just take my time and play.

Also had a coffee and amazingly good cake at Llangollen Silver Band room. They were having a fundraising day. The cheapest (by far) coffee we’ve had out and definitely the best Victoria sandwich.
