A bank of wood anemones

Easter Sunday.  F and I went to the Easter service which was followed by tea, cake and biscuits.

We then went to Selattyn for a picnic with O and family.  Due to no mobile signalm it wasn't easy to track them down!

We eventually caught up with each other and had a lovely walk with beautiful views in the sunshine.  There were lots of wild flowers including these wood anemonies, this is about a quarter of those growing along the bank.

When we got back to the cars, we had tea and a piece of the cake that I'd made. There was also an Easter egg swap!
