Barge Cafe lunch with B

Airport first thing with A and S. Dropped off OK. It was lovely seeing them and going out and about with them. 

Home for my weekly leisurely 10k.  Decided to run to the Basin this week and met up half way at the Barge Cafe with B. We enjoyed coffee, catch-up and a bite to eat out of the wind and looking out over the canal. A good run.

Then off in the car to Hull. Looking forward to seeing the family.  Too long since last time.
