The Andy Scott Sculpture Tour ;)

Well, what a fantastic weekend it's been.

Today we visited Castle Campbell in Dollar which is just beautiful!
Met up with Meriel & Eamonn and our niece and nephew Caitlin & Sorley. The kids didn't know we would be there so imagine their shock/delight when they discovered us hiding in one of the latrines waiting to surprise them - cue them needing an underwear change ;)
Then off for a lovely lunch in Corrieri's at Causewayhead - the Caramel Apple Granny with Toffee Fudge Ice Cream was simply devine!
After lunch we took a wander up to the Wallace Monument - the weather could have been better but the view was amazing.

Decided that we would have a look for some of the other Andy Scott Sculptures on our way home - and managed to spot four, which I was very excited about!

The weather turned a little wet and at one point I was photographing River Spirit in the pouring rain, but nothing could dampen my enthusiasm for these sculptures - will just have to revisit them in better conditions.

Can't believe just how much walking I've done this weekend. I'm exhausted but off to bed happy :)
