Pond

I have been wanting my pond thinned out for ages. All the pond liner that is showing was covered in a thick overgrown mat of grass, and moss etc. There was also a thick island covering most of the deep end where the water is. Didn't get a picture before we started (although I have taken some at various times). Mark came today and did a grand job of clearing the greenery. Extra shows Mark cutting away the last clump.  
We only saw  two frogs, and managed to see lots of newts still in the water and had a good check of the wet greenery.
