Exciting day

Today I had the first full "transmission" session with Kat as a sitter.
It was incredible and the energies that were coming through were vast - and I felt very small and a bit shy.
So they took over and I got such a beautiful teaching session.
It made me feel so blessed!!!
I was a bit flying after the session and had to ground before hopping into the coaching call with heather.
I learned the best way is to eat something - it worked!

Session with heather was great and we finished in time so that I could get to Black Pine 10 min before they were closing.

Did some more work with Orion in the evening.
Which is so much fun!
