Douai Abbey

I think I've taken different views of this magnificent collection of buildings, but this portal greets people heading north and is the entrance to the school,  which closed in 1999.

The Benedictine monks settled in this location after expulsion from France in 1903, and this site is busy and well-kept. Read more here.
