fairly quiet Friday

A fairly gentle and inactive day, feeling extraordinarily tired - probably the after effects of yesterday's 14,000 steps of culture overload in London!

After dog walking and Asda shopping, I (unintentionally and very unusually) had a three hour "nap" - not waking until just after 7pm! 

My niece arrived at 9pm, as arranged, for us to spend a couple of hours working on the Literature review for her undergraduate project. She does all the research and writing, and I do the proof reading, editing and make suggestions for further work and overall structure. We make a good team.   

By 23.30 Maddy was tired and with an early start for work in the morning (she works as a carer at weekends) she toddled off to my spare room and I spent another couple of hours doing I'm not exactly sure what, but suddenly it was 1.30!
