Pasque
This Pasque flower (Pulsatilla) is second clump in size in our garden. The biggest that we’ve had longest is a pale purple in colour but it’s all but done. There is a white one, just one flower that looks to have been nibbled and the red one is still there but not sure if it will survive never mind flower.
After a wet evening and dull morning we now have welcome sun so I was able to take this with nice back lighting.
Washing out and blown dry this morning. Made some sunflower crunch for my son, a type of flapjack, a bit of ironing, a bit of jigsaw then I sat in the conservatory to learn some words to a song we’re going to sing unaccompanied at our concert in September. I nodded off in the warmth!
A nice quiet day after a good evening with a tasty curry yesterday. We were lucky to get lifts there and back so didn’t get wet. Thanks Chris and K. Husbands are useful sometimes.
You can see this just starting to flower in my compilation here together with the paler one at tge beginning of the month.
