I'm glad I made the best of the sunshine and pleasant temperatures last week because I’m back in full winter kit again today. It was pretty chilly when I set out from home but when I got to the coast it was really cold, with a stiff breeze blowing in from the east. I had a couple of route options in mind and decided on the shorter one because the sky looked as if there was rain on the way. Tailwind assistance on the way back to base was welcome and I got home a couple of minutes after the rain started. The blip is a view from the prom at Leven. The chunk of wall that the bike is leaning against was dislodged last year by the force of the sea hitting the wall during storm conditions.
