Postcard

From a team member on holiday in Devon.

A really low day today. Not had one this bad for a long time. I just felt lonely, sad, alone and a few more negatives I can’t even put words to. I hate that I’m not me, with no idea of how to find myself again. Not helped by it’s almost three years, and even I feel that I should be better than this! 
Yes, I've turned comments off - I sometimes find them stressful.Theyll go back on at some point.
