Loki was present in the conservatory but refused to pose at all, so I was obliged to photograph this rhododendron bush in the rain instead. Note the saxifrage in the background.

Galactic and Irma Thomas - How Glad I Am (recorded 2022, New Orleans)
I knew this song by Nancy Wilson, a big hit for her in 1964, so I was pleased to hear this new gospel country version from the forthcoming album Audience With The Queen, played on last week's Blues Show (R2). Irma Thomas, now 84 years old, is known as the Soul Queen of New Orleans (born in Ponchatoula  LA).
