Bubbles!

Spent the day with some good friends in St. Albans.

Had lunch at the Waffle House and wandered through the park towards the cathedral where The Globe Theatre was on tour putting on a performance of Henry VI in the grounds. We also, surprisingly, saw the Magna Carta which was being exhibited inside.

After this, we played in the garden with bubbles (with our friends' 3 year old son) and had a BBQ before heading home.

A lovely day.

(The cats had missed us so much while we were out that they brought us a dead sparrow to welcome us home.)
