Which do you prefer for a profile pic?

LinkedIn is an employment social network and you need a headshot. I am updating my headshot. A nice person I went to college with took free headshots for fed workers. Of these two, which do you think would be better for my headshot? 

Another nice person noted a tiny problem with my website and I figured out how to fix it.
