Any suggestions?

       I was fossicking in Alice's  "Box of Tricks" wherein I found ALL manner of off things - PLUS - no less that two "Button Boxes"; not as big as Mam's but enough for any needs of mine.
       I also found two other items.  The "other Me" is showing one; this being the second item.  I can only GUESS its use.  Anybody 100% sure please?
