The seventh seal, the lamb and the seven trumpets

Working on Revelation 8 Bible study for tomorrow. The first four trumpets seem to symbolise all the troubles, natural and man-made disasters, that do harm to the earth. They are allowed by God as a warning so that we might understand that a judgement is coming to everyone who is not a true Christian and that everyone might stop doing things that God hates and trust in the Lord Jesus as Lord and Saviour (this is what a true Christian is). Not an easy chapter to understand but seeing that there is a link back to book of Exodus and the 10 plagues helps.
