MidPhot 2025

I continued to compile the report for work today on what was a very windy day.

In the evening the photographic society met to select images to put into an upcoming competition, called Photofolia 2025. They have been quite restrictive in the number of nature images in each category, just 3 in total out of a possible 15. We have 3 exceptional wildlife photographers in our group, but it means they can only contribute one each in the three sections. As a result I am contributing the maximum of 4 images in the colour print, black and white print and DPI sections.

We were working on it for over 3 hours and still need to meet next week to select the mono prints.

While there I was given the catalogue for the last competition, MidPhot 2025. I wasn't able to get to the exhibition, because of holidays, but was chuffed to have 4 images accepted, including 3 taken in the Lake District in recent years.
