Senselessness

Today I got a haircut for the first time in ages.  It's so much neater now, but also so much more gray than the last time I cut it.  When I walk to the salon and back, I pass a row of gardens and always photograph the flowers.  There wasn't much to see yet.  I also put gas in the car.

As a graduate, I was really pleased and proud when the President of Harvard took his necessary stand against the President of the United States.  But now the megalomaniac is trying to take away the university's tax-exempt status.  If he manages to succeed, I fear we will be looking at the end of free thought and free expression in this country, as he will be able to bankrupt any organization that doesn't do what he demands or which offends his "non-woke" sensibility.  The only folks who would be tax-exempt are billionaires.
