Writing for Ukrainian Children in Wartime

I went to a really interesting seminar tonight about Writing for Ukrainian Children in Wartime. The picture on the left is of books found in UK shops. The right are found in Ukraine. As the author said, we long for the day when children’s books will be about picnics and animals and adventures.

I was also in the west at the dentist this morning and then I had a lovely lunch and a good blether with my best pal Goretex!
