Watching

After a wonderful evening, getting home very late, and enjoying Henny's exuberant welcome, Stephan and I enjoyed a lovely long lie in with breakfast in bed. Bliss. Although I did wake up at 6.47am completely wide awake. It turns out that Jacob woke at this time too, a very strange coincidence!

When Jacob returned we walked to the botanics and ran amongst the trees, dodging rain showers. Here is Jacob hiding in the leaves while watching some other children play. He was so interested in their loud game and smiled while watching them, but was too shy to go any closer.
