Wales, day 5

What a difference the weather makes ……..

Woke up to drizzle, didn’t deter a walk along the beach whilst I stayed at the house to catch up on my crochet.

Late morning, the rain had stopped! ….. and sun starting to show its face.

Our son and family went off for a ride to Tenby and areas and the rest of us returned to the beach - tide fully out at 3:39pm.  Hubby purchased a kite and braved the wind (which was quite strong) to fly the kite.  The boys loved using their buckets and spades and had great fun.  However, the wind was very chilly (feeling like -2).  The sun came out fully, it was good to see.
Went for a hot drink - boys loved hot chocolate with marshmallows.

Walked back to the house collecting an ice cream on the way, stopping on the seats over looking the sea to eat.

Indications are for another sunny day tomorrow …. will wait and see. ……
