Coconut Shampoo

Coconut shampoo is exactly what Kelling Heath smelt like this morning when A and I went for a walk across the heath to Weybourne Station.  It was cold at first but began to warm up and the gorse slowly started to release it's wonderful coconut smell.  The weather conditions must be suiting the gorse this year, I don't think I've ever seen it looking better. We had our coffee and shared a chocolate brownie on Weybourne Station.  It was lovely to bump into my friends P & J who M and I had lunch with on Monday.  They are staying in their caravan close by with some friends of theirs.

The extra is the 'Royal Norfolk Regiment' steaming back towards Holt.  You can see the blackened bank where a recent line fire has taken place.  I would imagine that the North Norfolk Railway are pleased that we had a good amount of rain yesterday, just to dampen down the lineside vegetation.
