Ice cream shop

Maybe I’ve blipped it before. Just warm enough, I forgot it was nice but not great.
I forgot to Blip yesterday. I took a few students to Waitrose for a marketing visit. The doco on Netflix inspired it. I think their marketing is good. A nice visit and a nice walk there and back! Then exam invigilating and mock tests. My class were surprised they wouldn’t see me for much longer. One sent me a lovely email.
Then I invigilated again for 1 student who’d had a problem earlier. What a long day, I couldn’t even think in that final hour. Had a lovely chat with a colleague after, took a delayed train home and relaxed.
Today was teaching, then trained barefoot (so nice) and boxed (with shoes), ate, relaxed and went for a walk in Highbury and Islington. It’s taken a day to feel slightly human and I don’t want to look at a screen tomorrow or deal with students. I fast became a disgruntled teacher after referring to some colleagues like that!
Glad I can mark from home next week.
