Tuesday: Frittata

My only photo of the day which I took to send to K. to show off my first effort at a frittata.  I have to say it was rather tasty.  

Don’t tell anyone but I’m rather enjoying this new experience of cooking.  Actually, to be honest, I did use to cook a lot more but when K and I got together she’s just so much better than me so I did less and less.  She’s a very instinctive cook whereas I have to pore over all the details of the recipe.

K had a hospital appointment today so was up at the Royal Marsden.  She’s back there again tomorrow.
