'Floral Window'

This pattern brings back memories!

It was in the house my parents bought when we first moved to Edinburgh when I was five, and I was fascinated by it! (Detail best seen in 'large')

Nearly all the houses in Edinburgh I have lived in since then have had this pattern or something similar, usually in the bathroom door or external window, so I guess it's actually pretty common. (This is from the bathroom door here).

Does anyone know anything more? I rather like it!
